Here you are - those who have argued about that of which you have [some] knowledge, but why do you argue about that of which you have no knowledge? And Allah knows, while you know not
- What you have knowledge of here means about Prophet Isa A.S.
- The people of the book are disputing about Isa when they should be the one to know him better.
- And what you have no knowledge of here means about Prophet Ibrahim A.S.
- So Allah is asking them why they are arguing about Ibrahim when Ibrahim came before Isa, before Ya’kub (Israel).
